i was wondering my sub specs give a range for sealed box volume should i use the highest or the lowest volume i want to say highest but im not sure ????

Generally the largest volume they give will provide the deepest response and best Q of the choices. Use that if you have the space.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
