I have a 98 jeep grand cherokee my set up was working for a couple weeks and then this unwanted noise has become present There is a 1800 watt amp powering two 1300 watt subs that is fine no unwanted noise then there is a 500 watt amp powering four, four hundred watt speakers like I said they where running fine before and now there is a humming noise coming from them the humming noise stays at the same level when the volume is all the way down or up. If I turn the filter to off on the amp the speakers don't work of course but the sound is gone too and my two dash speakers and subs run fine. I have checked all the grounds and they are good. The other thing is when the car is in accsessorie mode or anyother mode that the radio will work eccept when engine is on the speakers play fine but as soon as engine is running the sound comes back.

If you're satisfied will all your grounds, try swapping components and see if you can isolate the problem to a particular one- deck, rca's, amp, etc. You can also check the fluid level in your battery and have your charging system tested.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

Hey man I appreciate the help I took care of it last night though Worked on it for a couple hours but it ended up my speaker wire came undone from where I had it and got caught in my power window motor, I feel stupid now I spent two hours regrounding every ground so there was only one ground point but from what I hear that is the thing to do so anyways I appreciate the feedback and take it easy I'm sure I'll be asking more questions later.
