I was thinking about buying a MA Audio HK1000D to push 2 12" Cerwin Vega 12.4 vmax subs? is this amp very good?

1 15" Memphis Mojo,

Memphis 16-mc1000D amp,

Audiopipe 4gauge mp kit, Pioneer DEH4700MP head unit.

2002 Yamaha 660R Raptor

Yamaha FZR600 crotch rocket

Sea Doo XP800

Sea Doo Spi

IMO MA Audio is pretty poor quality entry-level stuff. I might even go so far as to call Audiobahn better, although they are pretty much the same gear.
