Which one is the best out of all three? SQ? I do have 2 amps so the pre-amp thing on the alpine is not an issue, im looking to get the best sound from my sound system.

The Eclipse blows both of them away. I used to have the 06 Pioneer 6800, and then got the 8445 from Eclipse. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE IN SOUND QUALITY!!! The extra $$$ is well worth it. Go with the Eclipse.

i might be able to score an eclipse CD8053 is that better than the CD5000??? and how do you like your 8445??

I just bought the 8445, and it is head and shoulders above the 8051 I replaced with it.

The 5000 is an excellent choice of deck, if you can get the 84x5 decks, those are also spectacular peices of gear.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

I love my 8445, best player I have ever encountered face to face in any car.
