Ok so a mate has got this 89 astra and we got the new head unit and some speakers into it somehow but the car only had on 12 volt wire and that was the accessory which means the tuner loses its stations when the car is turned off. so i guess ive got to run a new 12volt continuous but from where is the question.

On the fuse box there should be a few "extra" male spaid looking plugs, or connectors (I'm not sure how to refer to them so you will understand) that will test 12V continous. Tag on to one of these and fuse it somewhere in line as well.
