Customer installed headunit into 84 full size blazer. add SIR KEN1. Headunit does not recognize the SID or anything from the KEN1. It does let me go to the SIRIUS setting when using the SRC key so I know it's there
I've tried a different deck, different KEN1 and a different cable and get the same result
Wired into our car coard, I can get the SID # off the KEN1 with same deck
any thoughts? I'm thinking how the customer wired the headunit into exisiting wiring.
any thoughts?

ao i had a friend check it out for me
the only thing i can think of is that it's underpowered somehow and won't activate the KEN1

no thoughts? i'm still stumped
maybe i'll have to try wiring the HU directly to the battery to see if there's a power supply problem

well, it turns out when they installed the Antenna, they had stripped about 3" of wire and it was shorting out causing the problem
new antenna - fixed everything
