Battery Voltage drop off

When my subs hit hard my volt meter on the dash drops really low... like 9 volts.... Should i upgrade to an optima battery? if so which one? i have a cheap advance auto titanium battery right now

Well, a battery most likely won't help much.  toom much current draw.  Search on this forum for the BIG Three upgrade and if that doesn't help, I suggest getting a HO alternator

new alternator will help when you car is on and a new battery will help when it is off. but like he said, big 3 will also help.

9V is really low, you should upgrade to an HO Alt. a good Battery like Optima or Kinetik, and the big 3.
