first off, if you are keeping the factory speakers they are 2 ohm speakers.  so if you add an amp you need a 4ch amp alone for this job.  anyways here is the wire info:

Brake - RED / green (+) @ brake switch on pedal

Park Brake (E-Brake) - pink/black (-) @ park brake switch next to park brake lever

Audio Wiring Behind Radio:

Radio 12v Memory - yellow (+)

Radio 12v Accessory - purple (+)

Radio Ground - through radio frame (no wire) (-)

Illumination (Dimmer) - RED / blue (+)

Factory Amp Turn-On - GREEN / WHITE (+)

Power Ant. Turn-On - same wire as amp turn-on (+)

LF Spkr - white (+), black (-)

RF Spkr - yellow (+), brown (-)

LR Spkr - GREEN/ YELLOW (+), BLACK / YELLOW (-)

RR Spkr - blue (+), red (-)

Speaker Wires At Factory Amp (Under Rear Deck):

LF - blue/white (+), blue/black (-)

RF - WHITE/ black (+), GREEN/ black (-)

LR - GREEN/ YELLOW (+), blue / YELLOW(-)

RR - blue (+), red (-)

hope this is helpful...if you need any more wiring info let me know
