As far as the RCA's you'll want to hook them up as follows
The white rca on your harness needs to plug into the white rca of the front set of preouts on your new deck.
The grey rca on your harness needs to plug into the red rca of the front set of preouts on your new deck.
The green rca on your harness needs to plug into the white rca of the rear set of preouts on your new deck.
The purple rca on your harness needs to plug into the red rca of the rear set of preouts on your new deck.
Color match the remaining wires in the harness to the wires from the deck, capping off all of the high level speaker wires. Make sure that if you have a blue/white wire in the harness you bought, that you connect this to the remote turn on wire from your deck which should also be colored blue/white. If there's a BLACK/ white wire in the harness that you bought make sure you ground that wire along with the deck ground, because that wire is the factory amp ground. Make sure you ground the deck yourself as most Nissans do not contain a ground wire in the factory harness.

Buy new RCA's of the right length...
'89 Mercedes-Benz 300E
Pioneer DEH-5900UB
(2)RE Audio SX 10"s
(1)US Amps MD3D
3ft^3 @ 37Hz
Blowing up in a car accident doesnt worry me, as long as I'm putting out some major dB's when I die...
