Sirius SIR-SNY1 & Sony CDX-M9900

Hi Guys, This is my first post, please be kind. I had installed a Sony CDX-M9900 and a SIRIUS SIR-SNY1. What I am finding is at times when I turn the deck on I lose funcationality. Sometimes I lose the indsh CD or the changer. The input that the SIRIUS SIR-SNY1 is plugged in to reverts back to AUX. Now what i found is that if I turn the deck off before i shut the car down then things are better. But if i cold start the car more ofter than not I will lose the SIRIUS SIR-SNY1 and the cd or changer. If before I start the car turn the ingition back to accessory postion let the deck get power, then immediatelty turn the key back and start the car the deck work flawlessly. Now I have seen on siriusbackstage.com many people with similar issues. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this? And if they have a solution..... Before you ask... I went with the sirius because it has a bus in bus out link so i can also connect my 10 disc changer. I lose this with the XM boxes. Also this equipment was all professionally installed.
