Can anyone offer any practical advice on how best to add an aftermarket satellite radio to the factory M45 system? Are there any Metra or PAC kits that could be useful to create an Aux-In?

Based on my searches, there does not appear to be a single message discussing the M45.

Looks like the 12v is not the right forum. Does anyone have any other reference sites that may be helpful?
