Longmill CX-9 crossover?

I was unable to find anything much on the internet that would be helpful, and what I was able to find was in German, so I was unable to understand it. Can't you go back to your source to locate a manual? Here's the search results from Google. Good luck! ::::EDIT:::: With a little more searching, I was able to come up with a SINGLE English page, here. That result was found with this search. I did see one or two pictures of the unit, before I got here, and it didn't look to be a superb piece of gear, and it seems this page sorta confirms those feelings. I had never heard of it before, but that doesn't mean it can't be good. You might consider exchanging it for something from a more popular or even more reputable company.It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice.
