It may be the most basic of newbie questions on here but I must ask....what colors go to what?
Issue, no factory harness (due to moron chopping before we owned it) and have an old deh-14 that the wife wants in her truck.
So, I have done many an install WITH the quick connects connectors, but never a fresh wiring install.
I have a two part question.
Part one what do the colors stand for on a scematic?
Part two where is the best place to feed the power and ground and others into on a fresh wire install?
Red
yellow
black (this I know is ground)
blue w/white stripe
and I would asume the next set are speakers
gray
gray w/black stripe
Teal
Teal w/black stripe
purple
pruple w/black stripe
white
white w/black stripe
Thank you all.
