A mono-block class-D amp can be used for multiple subs.
It's important to get the impedence right though and match the amp to the subs (or vice-versa). This is a must for proper function.
here's an example...

Here's your specs if you have the DVC sub...
MTX T-9512
4ohm DVC rated 500RMS 1000Peak
MTX 81001
class-d mono-block amp
1ohm stable
500x1@4ohms
1000x1@2ohms
1500x1@1ohm
If you buy another T-9512 4ohm DVC then you can wire them together for a 1ohm total load. Each sub would receive apx 750watts (although I think the amp has overrated specs). Make sure you set the gains correctly and you should be ok.

You have to look on the back of the sub where the terminals are. A Single Voice Coil sub will have 1 set of terminals. A Dual Voice Coil sub will have 2 sets of terminals to hook the wires too.
Do you have the box or manual that came with the sub?
