I have two guys that need harnesses for the car/truck. The first on is a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 with the infinity speakers. Now we are going to replace the factory HU with a AudioVox flip out and I can not seem to find a harness. Is there a way to check to see if this truck has an amp? Do all infinity systems have amps? It needs to be an American Int kit since that is what my dist. carries and all I seen on there pdf for this truck is a basic harness no amp bypass. Question 2 I have another guy with a 04-05 Malibu and I can not find a harness for this either. We are putting the same HU in the AudioVox and I want to make sure I get the right harness. If anybody can help that would be great. And if anybody has any question please feel free to ask.
Thanks
Wade

Usually the factory amp is under psgr seat. There has to be an harness adapter. Have you googled? The most common name is Metra (or something).  Also look on ebay even if not to buy to get part numbers and some other usefull info if you look at descriptions and things.

Try Scosche, Metra, American International, Pac Accessories.

If it is the Malibu that has the info button that displays stuff like temperature, oil life etc then either the factory radio needs to stay in the car or there is a integration harness by scosche or metra but it is about a 200 dollar part if I remember correctly
