Hey everyone,
I just got a 10" alpine TYPE R SWR-1042D. I'm just going to run this one sub, so I was wondering what amps would you guys prefer? Some recommended brands for mono amps please, thanks

I had that same sub not too long ago (in a slot-ported box in the back of a Nissan Pathfinder). Initially, I had a RF 800.2 running it. Wasn't much to my liking, so I switched up to a Pioneer GM-D510M. Best move I made. Sounded waaaay better than my RF did. I'd be interested to see how it'd hold up to my JBL monoblock... Too bad I sold it.
