cannot find 12 volts, ignition and bat

by the way im working with a 1993 nissan sentra.

no... i knew that. its not like that tho, and iv tested for 12 volts but nothing came up..

Check the fuses.  Odds are at least one is blown.Cause I'm So white and nerdy...
