I am trying to choose two 10" subs for Alpine MRD-M1005 amp (Honda Prelude'92).

Options are:

Hertz EX 250

JL Audio 10W3v3-4

I can't my mind. Any opinion will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Listen to both of them and pick up the ones sound better, if they sound the same get the cheaper ones.

with an amp that big why not look into the 10w6....might be a little bit of overkill for the 10w3. but as far as jl vs hertz, (rentacar?) reputation alone should be enough to hadle that matchup.

Don't be so hasty to judge, just because you have never heard of it doesn't make it a low end piece of equipment. That woofer is from the same company who makes audison. Audison is high end. Hertz is an Italian brand that focuses on sq.
