H3 power side parking brake wire

i am installing a pioneer AVH-P6800DVD in a 06 h3 and need to know where to power side parking brake wire is. i took a multimeter to the wire on the parking brake level but there is no power. does anyone know about this?

With the key turned to the ignition position, the parking brake wire should read 12 volts to ground until the parking brake is applied.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

yes, i know, but i need the location of this wire, the wire to the brake level only shows mV

The parking brake wire is a light blue wire and is found on/above the parking brake pedal above drivers kick panel. It goes to ground when you apply the parking brakes.
