Last night I spent 4 hours looking for a 12V Switched source for a turn on lead, and ended up using the dreaded toggle meathod instead. The customer wants to retain the stock head unit, but added an amp and sub with a converter. I have never come across this problem, and endless searching has brought me here once again.

The only thing i can find in the database  is an accessory wire in the ECM (brown i think). Im sure i tested it, but the night is a little fuzzy.

Has anyone had experience with this particular vehicle? Or point me in the right direction.

Thanks

X

Go to the passenger kick panel and pull the fusebox there is the retained accessory wiring it's either yellow or yellow/black from what I remember. You can also use the brown or pink at the ignition harness, but you MUST add a relay.
