95 DeVille Dome light staying on

hey guys, i put a pioneer N3 in a 1995 Deville(non-bose) and now the customer says his dome light randomly comes on and kill his battery? is this a coincidence or is this caddy databussed? class 2? any suggestions? thanks in advance

UPDATE: I went and took a look at the customer's car today.Now the dome light won't work from any of the door triggers.It will only come on if you manually turn it on from the headlight dimmer.Help.

Take the dome light out... BWAHAHAHA!
Sounds to me like a complete coincidence. Have you removed the pinswitches, and confirmed they are working correctly? Did you clean the contacts on them all? Personally, I don't think the deck install has anything to do with it.
What troubleshooting have you done? You have to be our eyes...

The pinswitches are built into the door.The only thing I thought was that this vehicle has class 2 data or something that passes thru the radio and maybe that has something to do with it.
