07 altima bose radio

OK heres my problem. I have just purchased an 07 Altima, the dealer had said that i was getting the BOSE package, this salesman is one that i have bought many cars from, and have trusted him over many years. Well after picking up the car and signing all the paperwork, i got home and relized that there was not a BOSE system in place but cheapest stock radio i have ever seen. am fm single disc CRAP. i call my salesman immediatly and ask him what is this , he said he had no clue and he was shocked himself. So i asked if i could bring the car back to have the Bose system put in , he got back to me and said that basically im loveed and stuck what what i have. he said that Nissan could not put the bose system in to the car it has to be done at the factory. after all that basically that is my question. Does anyone know if that is true or fasle is he just bulldoodieting me cause he f-ed up? can the bose system be put in after the car leaves the Nissan Factory? I know there are more speakers and all but can anyone help. i just paid good money for this car and now i stuck with this crap!. thanks very much in advance.
