Its a brand new Clarion DXZ265, and works great... except the cd player part. It shows its reading the CD, but there is no sound coming out. Frustrated, I took it back and got another one. Same thing. I am now on the 3rd cd player where it plays FM and AM perfectly, but no sound when you put in a cd. The cd's are bought cd's and not ones that were burned. Also I don't think its the wiring because wouldn't the Radio not make noise either? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Let me guess, you are running aftermarket amps or have a factory amplifier? If so you probably have the solid blue wire from the Clarion connected to the amp turn on. You need to connect the blue/white wire from the Clarion to your amp turn on wire.

This is the only thing i can think of.

You know I didnt think anything about a factory amp, but if that was the case, wouldn't there be no sound when listening to the radio?

No, because the blue wire on your radio is the power antenna wire,so if you are listening to a radio station, that wire has 12 volts on it, and powers the amplifier up. When you switch to CD, that blue wire is dead, thus turning the amplifier off.
