i bought the amp new. took out the box, and hooked up in place of my punch 400. note, i'm still using the factory batt and alternator in my acura legend. the amp is getting 12v at the connection,. but no illumination. is there a needed acc, that i'm missing, or is my amp bad. in need of help like yestserday. my email is doingitbig1@yahoo.com

Is the amp getting a remote signal??

How is it grounded???

the amp is grounded to the body of the vehicle using 4ga wire. as soon as i remove the amp and plug the old amp back up, the old amp comes on. i took the zeus amp and pluged it up to a power supply and still no illumination.
