I am in the middle of customizing our shop vehicle for the car show season this year.

I am wondering if anyone has a link or can help me with some info on how to make custom fiberglass door panels?  I have worked with fiberglass many times and have done custom sub boxs with fiberglass but I am intimidated by door panels.......Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My plan is to paint the part above the yellow line to match the car, and everything below the yellow line is going to change.   I'm doing a 3 way system in each door.... 7", 5.25" and tweeter.

Thanks.....

The best step by step I've seen for door panels has been on the Alipne site for their Acura RSX that Steve Brown did a couple of years ago. Do a serach on Google and you will most likely find it online somewhere.

Thank you....Both of you!      Of course I won't be doing anything that extreme but Wow, they can do it for sure!
