You are going about this the wrong way.  Choose speakers first because that is what you listen to.  You will have tendencies toward high SPL and little regard to quality...or you will tend to favor quality over boom.  Pick your subs and choose the enclosure that suits your tastes first.  Then pick the amp that will reliably power these subs at the impedance you choose to use.  An amp running at 1 ohm output impedance is many times noisier than at 4 ohms, and hotter, and looking toward far earlier retirement.Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
