I just rewired my system and now one of my mono amp's protection light flashes(flashes from red to green every other second). The two mono amps are grounded to the same spot (seat bolt). I have 2 Kicker ZX750.1's pushing 4 Kicker CVR 12's. One amp is pushing one box, and the other pushing the other. Everything worked fine yesterday, and today I decided to switch the posistioning of the boxes. And now one of the amps works fine and pushes the subs, and the other amp flashes  the protection light, then flashes the green light, and it keeps going back and forth, and the subs dont make a sound. It sounds like the amp is turning on and off, and it doesnt smell blown.... Im out of ideas

sounds like you have shorted outputs in the problem amplifier. Either that or the wires are touching at the terminal cup caused by moving the box. Also the seat bolt is not where you want to ground your amps

... you did just describe a wiring problem.  In your situation I imagine I would find myself rewiring my car again.
