Installing Pioneer DEH-P2900 unit, directly wired to plug provided with unit.
The issue is that the power-antenna and the satellite control unit wires have no homes. Stereo works great for cd's, mp3's, and other non-radio uses. Cannot turn on via satellite control, nor can I control the volume via this control. When I turn to radio, it does not trigger the antenna motor and reception is poor at best.
According to the unit manual, there is a 'remote interface' port on the unit (looks to be a simple round jack interface, not sure how many wires), and supposedly you can purchase a hard-wired adapter for remote devices. I'm not entirely sure if this encompasses satellite switches. The other issue is the stock amp (rear speakers are amplified) is wired as the speakers, however it currently runs via the bypass design, no amp power. The satellite unit is designed to control the amp power output, but this does not work (previously mentioned volume issue).
Its not *necessary* for this to function, but this install was for the purpose of selling the vehicle, and neither Circuit City nor Audio Xpress carry the adapters, so they would not perform the work. My experience is a couple receiver units only, never with satellite switches.
Any help, redirection, or suggestions would be very welcome!

Sorry for double post, no edit button that I noticed.
Just extra info... AllData, Toyota, the official Toyota manual, and dozens of other online sources have failed to provide any quality wiring diagrams for this vehicle. This website amazingly had the colors for the primary stereo wiring, which was very helpful, but it does not contain anything about the satellite controls, and as stated, the unit provides no homes for the antenna wiring that I can find in the manual.
The unit and the wiring was purchased from cardomain.com, but website info is limited, and via phone they merely tell me everything was included. I didn't use the wiring harness provided because I'd already clipped the old one off, but the wires are exactly the same but with modern colors, so it would not have helped the situation.
