tcss is a dealer of them in San Luis Obispo, here in California, and he loves them. I am building a stack of 3 of them for my car...
From what I have heard, they are really nice pieces of gear.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

i just bought a pdx 4.150 last week. i love it. its hooked up to 4 alpine spr 17c speakers. the sound is great and its nice and compact. the list price is around $700. i found it brand new for $400 including a 3 year extended warranty from a wholesaler.

No such thing as a 3 year extended warranty from Alpine. Ah the perils of doing business on the internet.

We installed one in a 2006 Murcialago, the customer didn't want it in the trunk so we hid it under the pass footwell,,,it seems to be working pretty good, we powered the front door Dynaudios and JL 10w1 sub with it and it seems to do ok.  We may need to go back in and put a fan on it, it seems to be getting a little warm and start shutting itsself down.  I don't think its the amp itsself, just the only option we had to install it,,,it does bang pretty good for such a small amp,,,3 year extended warranty!!??new alpine pdx amps -- posted image.  LOL!!
