98 audi a4 avant 2.8 with premium sound, bose amp hidden in trunk
common ground, 4 total output wires going to amp, along with a 12v and common ground
in my wiring harness right now, going to alpine 9883 is: 12v constant, 12v switched, and ground. HU is turning on.
next, tapped the 12v switched that goes to the bose amp, to turn the bose amp on, into the regular 12v switched that is for the HU. so there is 3 wires connected there.
now, i need to figure out how to get the 4 wires, along with the common ground, to get me 4 RCAs to plug into my preouts.
i tried tapping 4 individual wires off of the common ground, and putting 1 of those and 1 of the speaker outputs into individual RCA connectors. didn't work.
so i have 4 output wires, 1 common ground wire, and a switched 12v (which as i said before, i think is already placed properly)
how do i get these to be 4 rcas that can go into my pre-amp outputs on my HU....
thanks very very much in advance
Thanks,
Brody
