ok, I got rid of 95% of the engine noise, but now I am having a problem with the noise coming in and out. Like sometimes when I turn the car on it is there, but when I drive for a minute or two, it goes away. But the whine comes back.
is it ok to run RCAs next to speaker wire? I am only talking about 4-6" at most. I know my RCAs cross...

so after driving around yesterday, I noticed that the noise comes and goes on my HU.
I checked the signal wires in reference to power and it seems to be away from each other. So I am wondering if my alternator that was just replaced from Autozone is going bad again...
Well I have another one that is getting rebuilt and upgraded to more current. I hope that the alt is not going bad.
