I know how to do all the steps in The Big 3, but the only thing I'm confused about is where to run the cable to the alternator. I believe that the alternator on this car is a harness, unlike the typical 1 wire setup found on most other Fords. If someone can please tell me how this would be done, I would be very appreciative.

I just looked at a pic of your alt, and it appears to have a stud for the charge wire. Meaning, leave the plug alone.

BTW, it is either a 75 or 95amp alt.
