Ok, im building a new system for an extended cab truck. The subs will be 2 kicker L7 12s and a Kicker zx1500.1 will push them. I asked what components i should buy on here and the kicker ss65.2 component system was reccommended to me. It comes with (2) 6.5" drivers that can each handle 100rms watts. It also comes with 4 dome tweeters but i am unsure of the power handling of the tweeters. On here i was also told that a kicker zx850.4 (4) channel amp would be what i would need to push the components. How would you reccomend i distribute the power among the 6 component speakers (2 6.5s and 4 tweeters)? And, would these components be loud enough to hear with my subs (L7 12s and zxd1500.1)?

well, no matter what you think, kicker components do not come with three speakers. You will have two midranges (6.5s) and two tweeters. they come with crossovers which you will run wire in from amp, and out from the crossover to the tweeter and the speaker.
For powering them, I would either get the ZX 200.2 or the ZX350.2.

Ok thanks for the info.

Do you think the (2) 6.5s and the (2) tweeters powered by a Zx200.2 or Zx350.2 would be enough component speakers since i am using the (2) L712s and the Zx.1500.1 to power them? Would the Components be loud enough to be heard with all the bass? Would u recommend i buy more component speakers such as 6x9s? What would you do in this situation?

IN an extended cab truck, you'll be fine. and if all else fails, just adjust your gains, and eq's.
