When it comes to wiring your system do the type of wiring kit you use make a different in sound i.e the power,ground,speaker wire and rca jack like monster and the other top name brands

You should use a well known and respected brand of wiring, if for no other reason than to be assured that the quality and gauge that is claimed is actually what it is. Not Monster, though, because it's overpriced. Use Stinger, Streetwires, and there are a few others. I'll admit that I've personally used Audiobahn branded RCA's that I bought at closeout prices.... You can use just about any wiring kit sold by reputable dealers.

To more precisely answer your question, though, there would be no noticeable difference in sound as long as a proper connection is made and the wire used is what is called for. The difference, if any, would be in longetivity of life of the wiring.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

I agree with stevdart, just steer away from those flea-market amp kits, I have seen so many of those where they claim the power wire is 4 gauge but the actual wire with in the insulation is equivalent to 10 gauge! Buyer Beware!
