i have a 1986 cadillac deville sedan and i have upgraded the cgarging system big 3 and i have 0 guage from the battery going to three amps 4 guage . they are a2200hct and 2 a2002t amps the a200hct tops off peak 2400 and theh a2002t top off at 200 peak, now my head light still blink and when my systems turned up my power locks and windows dont operate unless i turn it down am i stuck with this issue or can i fix it. i thought about a second battery and a h.o. alternator. would two 3 farad capacitors help or make it worse any advice would help. thanks again

NOW you see why we keep harping on "ALL THE POWER IN YOUR CAR COMES FROM THE ALTERNATOR." A perfect example of a charging system gone bad. I am glad you did the Big 3 first, but here again, that's not going to FIX any problems (like a possibly dying or certainly low(er) output alternator), it only makes what you have work more efficiently.
You need a new alternator, and that car should be EASY to get a good HO version for. Don't get anything less than 200A. Bigger will be better, with no exception. A second battery will NOT fix the issue, as a second battery is only an additional load for an already taxed charging system.
Also, do the alternator first, do not believe that a cap will help you at all, as it won't. I would recommend putting a new battery in as well.
