There are several options, some amps have built LOC's (line out converters) or  a device like this is quite nice but this would be ideal.

That is a nice piece, particularly for just a sub amp install (only two channels out). Good call on that one. No more LVT2 along with a SVEN#.

Lame, lame, and double lame. What kind of amp? Sorry for the rude comment, but the best answer is dependent on the make and model of the amplifier to be used. Unless this is a very poor quality amp the Hi to low converters are a very bad choice. Also its worth mentioning that your amp might have an on board differential input that is superior to any external device that you can buy. In my opinion its worth choosing the very best option.
