depth charge

i bought a depth charge amp and 2 depth charge 12s from a friend, they seemed to be working fine in his car, but when i hook them up in mine its like the amp doesnt have enough power to push both of them just one of them....could anybody possibly know whats wrong or does anybody know where i can find information on depth charge car audio equipment?

i have never personally heard of depth charge!  make sure you have the polarity on the speakers hooked up correctly(does the bass get louder when you disconect one speaker? if yes, then polarity is backwords on one speaker) and also see if your amp is capable of being bridged!  your friend might have had it bridged!
