I have a sealed box using a power acustic amp. ov2-820 which is a 820 max. 4ohms 180x2. Speakers I have two 12" subs. These are what I have in now Made by Dual rms 50-175 peak 750 watts DUAL XINC112 CAR AUDIO 12" ILLUMINITE SUB SUBWOOFER NEW - (eBay item 140154743588 end time Oct-04-07 12:41:46 PDT). Without changing the amp is there any speaker which will make a noticeable difference in the quality and punch of the subs?

No. Crap woofers, with a crap amplifier. There it is, I said it.

1: Neither of those products are worth the ink used to print the identification on them. 2: eBay links are not allowed, it's stated so in the forum rules, which you agreed to, upon signup.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
