I don't know off the top of my head would be the best cu. ft. mostly because you didn't specify what type of box you wanted (i.e. sealed, vented, bandpass). Another factor is power... how much power are you going to run. A speaker in a sealed can handle it's rms power rating fine as long as the box is built to the right specs but that same speaker in a vented or bandpass configuration doesn't need as much power because they are more efficient at the frequency that the box is tunned for. I suggest a sealed for that particular speaker probally around 2 cu.ft. for each speaker. If you have the power to run them at their rms handling capabilities then you can reduce the size of enclosure slightly. I will give you the parameters and the sites for JL audio programs you can download and play with that will give you more of a certain size you will need. Just plug these parameters in the program:
Model # AWES10P AWES12P AWES15P
Fs 30 Hz 25 Hz 22 Hz
Qts 0.5 0.5 0.493
Qes 0.54 0.55 0.54
Qms 6.99 5.89 7.4
Vas (Liters) 20.18 Liters 60.51 Liters 91 Liters
Vas (Cu. Ft.) 0.71 Cu. Ft. 2.14 Cu. Ft. 3.21 Cu. Ft.
Re 3.6 ohms 3.6 ohms 3.6 ohms
Le 3.75 mH 3.86 mH 4.18 mH
Mmd 146.44 Grams 151.33 grams 220.57 grams
Xmax +/-13mm +/-13mm +/-14 mm
RMS 900 1100 1300
Sd 0.029 0.048 0.081
Freq. Resp. 20Hz-500Hz 18Hz-500Hz 15Hz-500Hz
Efficiency 90 92 94
EBP 56 45 44
Depth 8 1/4" 8 5/8" 9 5/8"
Hole 8 7/8" 10 7/8" 13 3/4"
Diamater
Displacement 0.25 0.4 0.7
Audiobahn Woofer Parameters
Vas does not represent the volume of a Box. Vas is just a parameter used when calculating a box.
An EBP of less then 45 is SUGGESTED for only a sealed box and greater then 65 for a ported box.
