i have a 95 4-runner im getting pretty ticked, i cant find a good ground that my ground wire can reach, people tell me that its good to keep the ground wire short and the only place i could find is on the door latch were it closes, if anybody has a 4-runner and has an amp, please tell me were you have it grounded?

Sounds like you have your amp mounted under/or close to the front seats. I would try to ground the amp at a seat bolt. Make sure that you scrape any paint away to ensure a solid grounding point. Good luck. Brian
