Just joined tonight so bare with me as I try to avoid breaking any rules. I did a search on my amp and couldn't find anything for a wiring diagram. I have an Alpine T-130 amplifier, purchased a few years ago. I am putting it in my truck right now to power a pair of 6x9 components speakers and the manual has dissappeared many moons ago. Does anyone know how to run the speaker out wires on this two channel amp? I don't know if channel 1 is driver's side and channel 2 is passenger side.  I have almost zero install experience but would rather learn than pay someone else. If I need to post more details let me know. Thanks and good to meet everyone!

I have that amp sitting on my desk in front of me ironically, The right channel is channel #2, and the left is #1. And bridged it's the positive on channel #1 to the negative on #2, it can't be bridged any lower than 4 ohms, and each individual channel can't be run lower than 2 ohm each.

Thanks Alpine Guy! Of course I have it backwards if by right you mean passenger and left the drivers side. I should've posted in the beginning that I have no tweeter and muffled base. I'll be more specific if anyone can help me further. I have the stock four speaker system in my '03 Ram. I put a hi/lo converter behind the deck for the new front speakers and ran the RCA's to the amp. My new fronts are MB Quart RCE-269, 6X9 components. The stock rears still function properly so I'll switch the channels over and see what that does first. The hi/lo converter has left/right adjustment screws that I don't know if they need adjustment. Thanks again!

Just switched channels and still only muffled sound to the fronts. I tested the tweeters separately off the rears and they work fine. It seems as though I am not getting any power through the crossover to the tweets. I even hooked the tweets straight to the crossover to eliminate my rookie wiring/crimps and still no sound.  Can I check the crossover with an volt/ohm meter? Am I looking for volts or ohms off the leads and what level should I expect? Anybody willing to adopt a long distance step son? Stop shaking your head and laughing at me and help a brother (or step son) out alpine t 130 wiring? -- posted image.!

Just got done with metering the crossover if I did it right.

DCA: Meter set on 200mA  input reads .2mA, woofer out reads .2mA, tweeter out reads .0 mA.

Resistance: Meter set on 200ohm input reads .7 ohm, woofer out reads .7 ohm, tweeter out reads 2.7 ohm.

Hope this helps someone that understands this. Could it be hi/lo converter settings, amp settings or bad crossovers? Thanks anyone.
