the last step to my system build is a couple of 10" subs.  reason im going with 10" subs is because of the mounting depth im stuck with since i will be putting them under the back seat of my nissan titan.

so im down to 4 different subs...it seems the more i look, the more im undecided.  so here they are.

TC Sounds Epic 10" subs...600w RMS

FI SSD 10" subs...800w RMS

Mmats P3.0 10" subs...750w RMS

Treo SSI 10" subs...750w RMS

i will be powering the two subs with a Soundstream TRA1400.2 so to each sub it'll be 700w RMS.  im not an audiophile at all so if these subs are close i probably wont be able to tell a difference, i just want to get something that sounds good.  i read that my amp is top notch so im assuming that if i run it at the full 700w to whatever sub i get that it wont overheat or anything like that.

any help would be great on deciding on which would be good to get.

Options 1, 2, and 4 are nice choices. I would base your decision on the volume required for each sub and price. -That's just me.

i took a look at the soundsplinter subs but the mounting depth is too much for my box.

ive narrowed it down between the Treo SSi and the FI SSD.  i'll give it another day or so before i go ahead and buy something.  i wont need it for a couple more weeks anyways till i get home.

Hey... if you WANT to spend all that extra money on those...
You owe it to yourself to at least reconsider (for the cash aspect, if nothing else) the Epics. While significantly more expendy than they used to be, they are still a great bang-for-the-buck woofer.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

i never got a price quote on the Epics...i sent an email 5 days ago asking for a price on 2 10" subs and they kept wanting to ask questions like shipping address and then saying that DHL's website was down and all that...i just wanted a price on the subs...thats it.  so i said screw their customer service im going somewhere else.

so i decided on 2 10" Treo SSi subs, got them for $425 shipped so thats not too bad.
