Well its late and I am just waiting for a plane to get so I can get home. You have asked a loaded question, most of the amps I would not even use for a paper weight. First off you need to figure out how much your willing to spend. The only amps from that list I would even look at Eclipse, JL audio and Alpine. I like the Boston Acoustics for speakers then that is just my 2 cents. That is why you need to figure out how much you want to spend cause those brands are more money.

I highly doubt you will find amps that produce that much true power in the price range you suggest.  This is especially true if you are looking for "the best" amps.  You will probably have to double that amount to get close to what you are looking for.

Here are the brands I'd recommend from your list:

Alpine

Diamond

JL Audio

Memphis

Xtant

You sure know how to pick from the bottom of the barrel, don't you? I am speaking as an owner and a previous owner, consider SERIOUSLY the Alpine (present owner) and the Eclipse (ex-owner). The Memphis gear, (while I am not personally familiar with it/them) has been recommended repeatedly by very respected members of the forum...
The new PDX amps are FANTASTIC sounding amplifiers for the money, and the Eclipse amps (built on the VERY SAME T-CLASS MODULES by Bang and Olufsen) are a little bit less money.
It all reminds me of something that Moličre once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Such a limited amount of options :(
It all depends on what you are going for. But based on your limited knowledge, I'd say its not SQ. By SQ I mean true SQ, not just clean sounding. I have, well had DLS Ultimate amps (before I traded them to a friend since I'm not quite yet ready for SQ) and I have to say they were very solid amps.
The alpine pdx is a great buy. Underrated and very efficient. I love the small footprint.
If you could up your budget, I have an RF T8004 and T8002 amp I received in a trade (part of the DLS trade), though you'd probably need to up it by $100.
