Does anyone know of a factory ipod interface that will still allow me to keep factory sirius in a 2006 Jeep Liberty non infinity?
I want to get my wife and ipod with the adapter for xmas, but she loves her sirius.
Thanks

PA-11 CHR from USA Spec, I think it may keep retain the satellite.

This piece replaces the satellite radio unfortunately.

I checked out USA Spec's website and the PA-11 CHR says not compatible with factory sirius. It looks like I may just have to splice the two into one plug and use a relay/switch to be able to switch between the two. I just need to find out which wire on the plug is the power so I can interrupt it. So so I am sure, check out this diagram and make sure I will have it correct. I am using "red" as the wire color for now.
Red wire from radio - Pin 30
Red wire from Sirius - Pin 87a
Red wire from Ipod - Pin 87
Pin 85 - ground
Pin 86 - switch - 12v+
This way when the switch is turned off, the relay will be virtually non-existant and the sirius will be connected. Then when the switch is on, the Ipod adapter will have power and ipod connector will be connected.
Is there anything else I would have to worry about?
Thanks
Kenny

That's a good idea, I have used switches in BMW's where the customer wants to keep the CD changer (I used the neo piece) and I all I had to was locate the audio from the cd changer.
