Hey, this might be your lucky day! Just this morning, I encountered the same issue with a 2003 G35. Trilogix lists the XK07, but then doesn't show you the correct diagram in the manual.
Anyway, the two vehicles should have the same BCM.
Top left of the BCM, brown plug. With the car's ignition off, unplug the plug, stretch it out, and remove the tape.
You'll see that the blue (high) and red (low) wires are twisted together, so those are your data.
The GREEN/ orange LED wire is in the same plug. But since you said your has the Intelligent Key, you shouldn't need to do LED interrupt.
Also, in that same plug, in the top row to the left of the clip, those two empty pins do your lock and unlock, if you add wires in there.

perfect....thanks  man,  only thing strange was that the car started alittle rough.. maybe low voltage..  retaught tach, same thing...started but wasnt super smooth,  not hanging just spudder'd alittle

initially i was to use a idata module..  just ordered my first batch and happened to get them in.. they have a mod that was to do locks, and transponder in one.    wired that and couldn't even get the locks to program..easy programming, must have overlooked something but couldn't get ahold of anyone to troubleshoot....  ripped it out and did the trilogix  one.    here is the weird thing..   the idata link says that the wires for the CAN h  and CAN L are blue and yellow at the OBD.   thats initally where i went cuz i was using their module.   suprised that they wouldn't be the same wires.   I tried to use the OBD wires for the xk07 CanH and  CanL but notta.

red and blue worked fine. ...had them backwords (long day)  and the tach in the car was acting odd.. FYI         didnt need the security light wires either by the way.
