i have an asian wolf remote start/alarm model 8000rs has anyone used this system ??   ive had it in my truck for about 3 years no problems   recently my 2 way remote broke so i ordered a new one went to program it it wouldnt program now my back up one that i had been using for about 2 months before i ordered the new remote only locks the truck thats it no unlock no remote start nothing i tried to reprogram the old remote again but it doesnt change anything still just locks the truck so its in valet for now so i wont wiz off the neighbors trying to get in my truck in the A.M any help would be greatly apprecited   thanks in advance Joe

asianwolf is a knockoff of scytek products. they are not as reliable as scytek, but its not bad. As for the asianwolf, i think its a bad unit. i suggest u go with easycar. read this.

asianwolf and prostar are like scytek and scytek is still kinda cheap.

just doesnt make sense everything was working ok from my back up remote until i went to program the new 2 - way remote now i cant use either    anybody have any ideas ?

reprogram both. try to reset your unit so it drops all controlls and then relearn the 2 keyfobs. when u had the 1 way, and added the additional 2 way, it could have overwrote code for your first remote.

i found the problem    i had the wrong programming and the wrong model number its acually a scytek galaxy 5100RS-TC now everything works again now i have to return the remote i bought for the 8000RS and order a new one thanks guys for your help
