Hey everyone, thank you in advance for your help.

I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT and im using a Prestige Alarm/RemoteStart combo. The wiring information I'm using from DEI is for a 2007 because it is the newest one available.Install was a pain but went smooth, everything is operational except the 2nd negative start/accessory relays. I followed the diagram exactly as it sais on the direct fax and no luck. It sais to use the Violet/brown mux wire for both starter and accessory. I setup 2 relays and wired them properly because I can hear them click at the right times but absolutely no crank. I even tried putting the key to the run/on position and nothing. I am using the 556u bypass and wired the door locks with diodes/relays with no problem. Any ideas??? I think i tried almost everything possible but i hope someone with more experience can help me.

Thanks for your time and happy holidays to everyone.

I highly suggest using a module that will give you MUX bypass and also no key required bypass. It's way easier and also way less wires to deal with. I too have tried using the Directechs relay information before for MUX starter/ACC systems to no avail.

Thanks for the quick reply. Any idea what the module name is that I need? Or where to purchase it from?

And this will eliminate the 556u? which kinda sucks cause I had to cut the key to fit it in there :)
