pulse timer relay problems

I installed a Performance Teknique on my 2002 F350 Stroker. I cannot get the pulse timer relay for the wait to start to work correctly. I hooked everything up the way it is supposed to be and the factory disarm will not trigger the relay when I use the remote start. It will trigger it when I hit the disarm button. So I disconnected it and tried it on the unlock wire and still wouldn't trigger it on the start. Just to see if it works I activated the start and triggered it manually, (by plugging it into the T Tap on the factory disarm wire after pushing the start button) but it would not wait for the timer relay to shut off before starting which mean the glow plugs are not fully warmed yet. I am thinking of using a relay on the park light wire of the remote start system to change its polarity and see if that works to activate the relay but I will see what ideas you have for me before I try that. Thanks in advance for any help!!

I tested the out put power coming out of the relay to the wait to start and it was only .4 volts, I don't know if this would have any effect on it not waiting for the relay to shut off before starting.  Also I thought about using a current transformer if I could find one small enough  to use on the wait to start light because it doesn't require any splicing or cutting of the wire to sense  the current.... Please any other Ideas will be  useful, Thank You.
