used a xk01 interface with a valet 562t . The doors unlock fine if you use the rs, but if you just walk up and press the remote unlock you have to press it 3 times . I have programed it to work the lock and unlock on 1 pluse. Is there something I am missing

What unlock wire(s) from the 562T did you use to interface with the XK01? Test the outputs from the 562T to make sure they are providing a ground output when unlocking. Although I have never had an issue I have read some posts where the low current output from the brain of the RS was not enough for the bypass to activate and relays were required to give a stronger ground pulse to the bypass.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

I used the green and blue out of the door lock harness. What it is doing is the first time you push the button it clicks but nothing the 2nd time it locks the doors back then the 3rd it unlocks just fine.
