Just did a 03 CRV today with a iDatalink Solo bypass.  I think your problem is your tach. Where did you grab your tach source from?  Also just to rule out the bypass, what is the "Green Key" light doing when you remote start it.  Its supposed to come on solid and the go out in a few seconds.  If it flashing really fast during crank then your problem is your bypass.  My bypass worked the very first time, but from pass experience with Honda's if the bypass isn't working the car would just crank and never turn over.  This is why I think its your tach source.

Tach - Blue wire - upper right plug at interior fuse box(next to Blue/white stripe) Top row of plug and to the right.

Alternate Location - Blue - Tach test connector, single wire next to/attached to driver side shock tower.
